Our Mission

At Good Samaritan Ministries, we are committed to spreading the Word of God to those in need. In partnership with Gideons International, we focus on distributing Bibles in the Telugu language, ensuring that individuals in our communities have access to the Scriptures.

Why Telugu Bible Distribution?

The Telugu-speaking population in India is vast, and many individuals have limited access to the Bible in their native language. By providing Telugu Bibles, we aim to:

• Encourage Spiritual Growth: Access to the Bible allows individuals to deepen their faith and understanding of God’s Word.
• Support Local Churches: Distributing Bibles strengthens local congregations by providing their members with personal copies of Scripture.
• Reach the Unreached: Many in rural and underserved areas have never held a Bible. Our distribution efforts bring the Gospel to those who need it most.

How We Distribute Bibles

1. Community Outreach: We organize events where community members are invited to receive their own copies of the Telugu Bible.
2. Partnership with Local Churches: We collaborate with local congregations to ensure Bibles reach those in need, particularly in rural areas.
3. Special Events: During festivals, fairs, and church gatherings, we distribute Bibles to encourage attendees to explore their faith.

1. A New Beginning for Kavya
When Kavya, a young woman from a rural village, received her Telugu Bible during a community outreach event, she was overwhelmed with joy. Having grown up in a household where faith was not emphasized, she had never owned a Bible. As she began to read, she found comfort and guidance in God’s Word, leading her to join a local church. Kavya now actively shares her newfound faith with her family and friends, encouraging them to explore the Scriptures as well.

2. Strength in Times of Trouble
Ramesh, a farmer, faced significant challenges when his crops failed, leading to financial difficulties. During this tough time, he received a Telugu Bible from our distribution team. As he read the verses, he found strength and encouragement in the promises of God. This inspired him to seek help from his local church community, where he found support and practical assistance. Ramesh now testifies about how the Bible transformed his outlook and helped him navigate through his struggles.

3. A Family United
The Kumar family received a Telugu Bible during a church event, which sparked a change in their household. Previously, they struggled with conflicts and misunderstandings. As they began reading the Bible together, they discovered principles of forgiveness and love that transformed their relationships. The Kumar family now holds regular Bible study sessions at home, fostering unity and faith within their family.

4. Hope for the Elderly
